Riverside Yoga & Peony Bar in Waubeka We gather by the river, under a shady grove at 8:30 am to begin creating the Peony Flower Arrangements. We are flipping this particular session to begin with flowers instead of Yoga due to the nature of Peonies opening quickly in the heat. We want you to work with the flowers as much in tack as possible. During Yoga we will store the newly arranged florals in a cool refrigerated area. Please note this session does have limited spots and is for adults only.

*stay afterward the flower bar for Riverside Yoga Yoga. for an all levels welcomed Yoga session (chair or mat) with Tracy Schoneman of YogaWell. We also have chairs available for the option for chair Yoga. Bring your own Yoga Mat.You can register for the Flower bar alone which Yoga begins at shortly after 9:15 close to 9:30 am.

The Waubeka Historic District Association is raising funds to afford the process to nominate Waubeka as a Wisconsin State Historic District which will be a tool for sustaining the plethora of historic structures in Waubeka. This nomination could be the foundation to ensure these historic buildings stand proud another century and continue to provide pride for the Waubeka Community.

June 15th Riverside Yoga Flower Bar

Options include the following.

All flowers used for the Flower Bar are organic grown specialty cut flowers grown at Willoway Farm, Fredonia and presented by Waggle Dance Flowers of Fredonia. Willoway Farm and Waggle Dance Flowers will bring their tools to get the florals the way you want them. Vase, tools, Flower food are all provided for this event. You get an 45 minute of Yoga, brunch and more time to arrange your flowers…such a pleasant way to start your day. Yoga therapy, brunch and Flower Therapy. Brunch includes a light meal and cup of coffee.

At approximate 9:30 we switch to the flower bar where you are provided a vase and a set amount of flower stems and greenery for you to building your arrangement. Tools for creating your arrangement will be provided.

Continue your Sunday adventure by taking advantage of the river. Paddle down the river with bouquet in tow. The Milwaukee River is quite full this time of year.

5 Stems, Vase, and use of cutting tools. Yoga is included in this total. Optionaly you can invest in a pottery vesse

with a floral frog in the $90 option.

We encourage you to bring a canoe or kayak to continue on through your day. One can canoe or kayak down to a pick up area at Waubedonia Park or further south still.
